INTEGRIM automates sales order processing for Eaux Vives

MONTREAL – Eaux Vives Water Inc.,(EVW) has improved its efficiency for sales order processing and accounts payable by using  Integrim’s SenSaaS, a business process outsourcing (BPO) solution. The company first started discussions with Integrim as an alternative and cost effective solution and has provided an efficient solution for processing all customer orders, says Lisa MacLean, CFO at EVW, adding that project goals have been met and exceeded, orders are processed rapidly and accurately, records are electronic, and for a growing business, order processing headcount has remained flat. “ After the success of the sales order processing project we have moved to automating accounts payable starting with complex three-way matching of invoices to POs – this solution is again, fast, accurate, paperless, and essential for the efficiency of our AP team."
